•8HP outboard motors; $100/week or $20/day. Gas is not included.
•21 ft. Pontoon, 40HP, 10 person occupancy; $600/week, $120/day or $80/half day.
•Gasoline and oil at the dock.
•Live bait; leeches, minnows and nightcrawlers.
•Extra fishing boats; $50/week or $10/day.
•Groceries, ice, pop, beer, bread, milk and daily papers.
•Souvenir items; T-shirts, sweatshirts and caps.

Visitor Policy:
Visitors who are not registered guests of Madsen's Resort are welcome for reasonable lengths of time. For the privacy and security of all our guests, we reserve the right to limit the number of guests and length of stay and also, the right to charge for visitors. All overnight visitors MUST register in advance and will be charged.

Discounts and Special Rates:
•REFERRALS: Tell a friend about us, and if they reserve a cabin, we give you a $25 discount on your reservations. $25 maximum,
•SPRING & FALL: Enjoy the peace and quiet May 9th to June 14th and August 16th to September 30th with discounted rates listed here. 2 day minimum.
•LABOR DAY FREE: When you reserve August 23rd - August 30th, stay until Monday at no extra charge. (9 nights)
•STAY 2 TO 3 WEEKS: For reservations longer than one week June 14th thru August 16th, deduct $20 off the standard rate for the second week, $25 off for the third week.
•FALL RETURN BONUS: Guests that stay one full week June - August receive 50% discount on Mid-Summer rates on Fall return visit. (2 day minimum).
•SORRY, NO PETS - NO CAMPING (NO TENTS) - NO EXCEPTIONS

Damage Policy and Excess Cleaning Policy:
You are responsible for any damage and repair costs caused by you or anyone in your party. Our cabins are "Housekeeping Cabins", that means you agree to "Keep House". Because of rising operating costs and our limited cleaning time, you will be charged accordingly for excess time spent in cabin.
