Reservations & Deposit Policy: Weekly rates quoted are for NORMAL occupancy: 4 persons or less, except #7. & #15. which are quoted for 6 persons or less. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday June-August. Each additional person over NORMAL occupancy is $20/night or $100/week, including babies, up to the MAXIMUM occupancy of each cabin. Guests are responsible for the entire period of their reservation. Daily rates available during Spring and Fall discount period only, 2-day minimum; see Discount and Special Rates.
Reservations are confirmed with a $300 deposit, per week reserved, within 7 days. Telephone Reservations can be confirmed immediately with a credit card (Visa/MasterCard). A written confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. All rates subject to Minnesota Sales Tax of 6-1/2%. CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 3:30 P.M. SATURDAY. Please do not plan to arrive early. CHECK OUT TIME IS 9:00 A.M. SATURDAY. Call or write any time, even at the last minute. There sometimes are last minute changes or scattered openings. NO PETS - NO CAMPING (no tents) - NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation Policy: You are financially responsible for your entire confirmed reservation. Please understand that our season is very short and once we have lost income from a rental it cannot be recovered. In case of cancellation (for any reason including personal emergency) our ability to return deposit depends upon our ability to re-rent the unit for those dates. Deposits are not refundable if cancellation is made after April 1. Prior to April 1, deposits are refundable less a $75 rebooking fee after the cabin is re-rented. If we are unable to rebook your cancelled unit you will be financially responsible for your entire confirmed reservation and will be billed.
